• Respond to your contact, quote or appointment request
• Send you a presentation dossier when requested
• Site security
• Comply with legal obligations

No advertising processing, no resale, no commercial third-party transfer.

4. Legal basis

Consent (art. 6.1.a), pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b), legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

5. Retention

• Inactive enquiries: 3 years from last exchange
• Clients on contract: contract term + 10 years
• Logs: 12 months
• Cookies: 13 months max (CNIL)

6. Recipients

Data is strictly internal. No transfer outside the EU except Vercel hosting (Europe Paris-CDG).

7. Your rights

Per GDPR articles 15-22: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.
